Quality techno typically comes from two places: Germany and Detroit. Both places debate over who came up with the idea for such a massive and diverse sound and neither of them wants to give up any ground. And then there’s Luke Zwolf who takes the genre by the horns and makes it his own and doesn’t live in either place.
